If you're excited by hard problems and the chance to define how modern teams understand their customers, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleAs a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Sprig, you will help customers successfully deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and scale Sprig across their organizations. You’ll partner directly with product teams, researchers, and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and ensure customers maximize the value of our platform.This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success and Solutions Engineering. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, own complex technical engagements, and act as a strong internal advocate for customer needs and product improvements.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration, and who is comfortable independently navigating complex customer environments in a fast-moving environment.This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office 4x per week.Your ImpactPartner directly with customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, SDK implementations, APIs, survey deployments, and platform configurationLead technical onboarding and implementation support, including complex or enterprise deployments, to help customers successfully roll out Sprig across their teams and workflowsConduct technical demos and solution consultations aligned to customer business goals and technical requirementsCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify common customer requests, test workarounds and new feature releases, and improve technical documentation to ensure customer successAct as a trusted technical advisor to customers by recommending best practices, creative solutions, and scalable workflows that maximize platform adoption and long-term successPartner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support technical evaluations, expansions, and customer growth opportunitiesTake ownership of complex customer challenges from initial diagnosis through resolution, coordinating across internal teams as neededYour Strengths3–5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical rolesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a genuine curiosity for understanding how systems work and the ability to independently navigate ambiguous technical problemsComfortable working with APIs, SDKs, frontend integrations, and technical documentationFamiliarity with JavaScript, CSS, SQL, REST APIs, and modern web or mobile application architectures (iOS, Android)Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneouslyHighly collaborative and energized by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teamsExperience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software platforms is preferredFamiliarity with product development, UX research, analytics, or digital experience tooling is a plusBenefits & PerksCompetitive SalaryCompetitive Employee Equity401K ProgramMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsFSA/HSA Benefit$175/month Commuter BenefitAdditional Wellbeing BenefitsFlexible Paid Time OffPaid Parental LeaveProfessional Development StipendLunch and dinner provided dailyCompany Sponsored Social EventsAt Sprig, we pride ourselves on being a people-first company, where your contributions truly matter and are valued. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
