About the role LHH Recruitment Solutions is a division of the Adecco Group. As an Executive Recruiter you will manage full life‑cycle direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior level professional positions across a variety of clients. What you’ll be doing Execute end‑to‑end hiring cycles, from market research and sourcing to interviewing and offer management. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new account opportunities. Interview candidates, assess fit, and present matched hires to clients. Complete the New Colleague Training (NCT) program and transition into a fully productive recruiter. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team‑player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed. Driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality. Ability to work in a remote or hybrid work environment.
