Certified Mental Health Peer Specialist

MetroPlusHealth is looking for a Peer Specialist in New York to provide supportive services to members facing Serious Mental Illness and Substance Abuse Disorders. The Peer Specialist will act as a role model, assist clients in recovery planning, and participate in an interdisciplinary treatment team. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, relevant experience, New York State Peer Specialist Certification, and strong community resource knowledge.
