Kitchen Steward

Cleans and maintains floors and walls in designated food service areas. Cleans and sanitizes the entire kitchen area. Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures. Consistently adheres to RWC information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace. Maintains inspection readiness always. Uses and maintains equipment per manufacturer and department guidelines. Report all issues or maintenance defects to the Executive Chef/Sous Chef. Performs other tasks as assigned.
