The Staffing Specialist will join a dedicated recruiting team focused on sourcing and placing candidates in entry-level positions. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting onboarding efforts, and maintaining strong client relationships without the need for travel. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle job postings, candidate sourcing, and data management while ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for entry-level roles
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Post job openings on relevant platforms to maximize reach
- Support candidate onboarding and integration processes
- Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data and records
- Monitor compliance with staffing policies and regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for recruitment tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in staffing or recruiting
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
