Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or Technology Specialist with a strong interest in patent prosecution and fluency in Korean . This is a 100% remote position , and candidates may be located anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
• Work with inventors and clients to understand complex technologies and develop effective patent protection strategies.
• Assist with patent portfolio development and related prosecution matters.

Requirements:

• Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for Patent Attorney and Patent Agent candidates .
• Fluency in Korean.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys, agents, and other team members.
