Veteran Housing Navigator & Support Advocate

SUS Veterans Services is seeking a Veteran Peer Navigator to provide day-to-day support to veteran households across the five boroughs of NYC. The VPN will assist with outreach, engagement and service delivery within the SSVF program, leveraging lived veteran experience to aid housing stability and outcomes. The role requires veteran status, high mobility, and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. In-person work five days a week across NYC. #J-18808-Ljbffr sus.com
