Leading a team of enterprise sellers, the full-time Regional Vice President will develop sales strategies, engage with customer executives, and drive revenue growth in the remote banking and financial services sector. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives for regional banks and credit unions Analyze market potential and create strategies for installed-base expansion and new business Engage directly with customer executives to model value-based selling and sponsor key deals Required qualifications Proven success in selling to regional banks and credit unions with an established network First-line sales management experience or readiness for a leadership role as a top-performing Account Executive Deep understanding of community and regional financial institutions and their regulatory environments Experience in consultative selling to operations and compliance buyers Strong ability to communicate complex concepts, including AI and automation, effectively
