Overview Client Success Manager (Digital Marketing Agency) Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Tampa, Florida (On-Site) Compensation: $4,000–$7,000 per month About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Success Manager to join a fast-growing consulting and implementation firm serving digital marketing agencies and online service businesses. This is a hands-on, operations-driven role responsible for managing client onboarding, project execution, and ongoing client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, expectations are managed proactively, and clients receive an exceptional experience throughout their engagement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and excels at coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Responsibilities Client Onboarding Own and manage the complete client onboarding process from contract signing through activation. Gather required assets, documentation, credentials, and system access. Establish clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and expectations. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that builds client confidence from day one. Client Success & Relationship Management Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through. Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates. Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Escalate strategic concerns, risks, or delivery challenges when necessary. Project & Implementation Management Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies. Manage multiple client accounts and implementation projects simultaneously. Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions. Ensure project management systems and workflows remain accurate and up to date. Quality Assurance & Client Retention Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet company standards. Maintain detailed documentation and organized client records. Support client retention through exceptional service, communication, and execution. Proactively identify risks that could impact client satisfaction or retention. Drive continuous improvement across onboarding and delivery processes. Qualifications Required: 3–5 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Client Services, or Implementation Management. Proven track record managing high-value client relationships. Experience working within a digital marketing agency, consulting firm, or service-based business. Strong organizational, project management, and operational execution skills. Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience using CRM platforms and project management tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Understanding of digital marketing operations, lead generation, sales funnels, CRM automation, and client delivery workflows. Experience coordinating done-for-you services, implementation projects, or marketing campaigns. Familiarity with agency operations, client retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
