Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location

Odessa, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
• Float between MS and Telemetry units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or compact licensure
• Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience
• Willingness and ability to float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
• Travel candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility location
• Ability to meet all compliance documentation requirements prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Prior experience in a travel or contract nursing role
