Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) – Days/Night | Craig, CO Job Title: Respiratory Therapist – CRT/RRT Job Type: 13-Week Contract Shift: Days and Night Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed Pay Rate: $70/hr to $74/hour Overtime: After 40 hours/week On-Call: $5/hour pager rate We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide safe and competent respiratory care across a variety of patient populations, including emergency, critical care, neonatal, pediatric, and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities Provide respiratory care according to physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation Perform airway management, suctioning, and bag/mask ventilation Assist with intubation procedures Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws Assess patients' respiratory status and recommend appropriate interventions Administer respiratory medications and therapies Troubleshoot respiratory care equipment Document all respiratory care procedures accurately Participate in patient rounds, training, in-services, and quality improvement activities Provide care appropriate to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Requirements Graduate of a COARC-approved Respiratory Care Program CRT credential through NBRC required Minimum 1 year of hospital respiratory therapy experience BLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire) NRP certification required (or obtained within 6 months of hire) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Preferred Experience: Pulmonary diagnostics Cardiac stress testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
