Maintenance Supervisor Full Time, Regular – Cowan Farms, Rock Hill, SC. Job Summary: Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supervisory role. Responsibilities Train all service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel. Schedule and supervise all in-house and/or vendor work. Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times. Respond to service requests within 24 hours. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance. Maintain a replacement log for carpet, vinyl, appliances, condensing units, etc. Maintain MSDS sheets. Handle lockouts resulting from evictions. Maintain all autos, golf carts, tractors, and other machinery owned by the property. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. EPA Certification. CPO Certification. Physical ability to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and repairing the property; frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
