ENT Physician – Otolaryngology

Location: Laredo, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $425,000 – $550,000 annually, depending on location and experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist) to join a growing, patient-focused practice. This is a full-time opportunity offering a combination of outpatient clinic-based care and surgical opportunities through affiliated hospitals and surgery centers.

The position is open to both experienced ENT physicians and qualified new graduates. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing comprehensive ENT care, performing appropriate in-office procedures, and participating in surgical cases.

There are currently multiple openings, and the practice is looking to fill these positions as quickly as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Provide outpatient ENT care in a clinic-based setting.
• See approximately 20–25 patients per day in the clinic.
• Perform appropriate in-office ENT procedures and cases .
• Evaluate and manage common otologic, nasal, sinus, throat, head and neck, and related conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures within the physician's scope of practice and training.
• Collaborate with hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers for OR cases.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
• Provide follow-up care for the physician's own surgical patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients regarding treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with other physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and professional standards.
  

Practice Setting:

• Primarily outpatient clinic-based practice.
• Collaboration with local hospitals and surgery centers for OR cases.
• Opportunity to perform both in-office procedures and surgical cases .
• Approximately 20–25 patients per day in the clinic.
• Physicians will generally provide post-operative call related to their own surgical patients.
  

Schedule & Call:

• Full-time position.
• Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
• Weekend and general on-call responsibilities are infrequent .
• In most areas, call primarily involves follow-up and management of the physician's own post-surgical patients.
  

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery residency .
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Eligible for or able to obtain the appropriate state medical license.
• Qualified new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Ability and willingness to perform required in-office ENT procedures/cases .
