Machine Set-Up OperatorPay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM–9:30 AMJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Machine Set-Up Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on machine setup and changeover experience who is comfortable working with dies, disassembling and reassembling equipment, and preparing machines for production.The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment to ensure smooth production.ResponsibilitiesSet up and prepare manufacturing machinery for productionPerform machine changeovers between different products or production runsSafely disassemble and reassemble machine components as neededInstall, remove, and work with dies and related toolingMake machine adjustments to maintain proper production specificationsInspect equipment and tooling before and after setupTroubleshoot basic mechanical and setup issuesEnsure machines are running properly and efficientlyFollow established safety procedures and production requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate equipment or production issues to supervisors or maintenance personnelPerform other manufacturing and machine setup duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious hands-on machine setup or machine changeover experience requiredMechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skillsExperience working with dies, tooling, or machine componentsComfortable taking machines apart and putting them back togetherAbility to read and follow work instructionsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamManufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the positionScheduleMonday–Thursday: 5:30 AM–3:00 PM Friday: 5:30 AM–9:30 AMIND4
