You will also actively lead and mentor our consultant and analyst resourcesTypical responsibilities include: Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagementManage project support resources and coordinate with subject matter experts from within and outside the firmDevelop creative cost reduction strategies and recommendationsPresent to client executivesBuild consensus among client stakeholdersDevelop and nurture relationships with clientsSupport in developing internal strategies, intellectual capital, and deliverablesSupport client sales originationAssessing client expenditures and identifying targets to reduce costs and improve qualityStrategic sourcing (both within companies and across private equity portfolios)Procurement process reengineeringTravel Requirements:Travel is required for this role and could vary from 10-50%.Here’s what you need:Minimum of 5 years of management consulting experience supporting procurement and / or strategic sourcing initiativesA bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related fieldAbility to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneouslyAn interest and passion for supporting the development of junior team membersBonus Points If:You have the proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentStrong analytical skills including the ability to manage resources performing complex analytics to develop client decision support dataStrong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executivesYou excel in building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating leadershipYou have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degreePrior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google AnalyticsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
