Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Line Leader to support our production team. The Line Leader will oversee production line activities, ensure procedures are followed, and work closely with Warehouse and Quality Control to maintain production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Record production details for each Finished Good (FG) run.
- Oversee line personnel, breaks, and line setups.
- Review Batch Tickets to ensure production follows instructions.
- Complete production Pre-Checklists and Post-Checklists.
- Ensure production standards are available before each run.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Coordinate with Warehouse for required components and bulk materials.
- Count, measure, and weigh products and materials accurately.
- Verify cleaning equipment records before use.
- Work closely with Quality Control to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production needs.
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Able to count, measure, and weigh accurately.
- Able to read and write basic English.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred.

$40 bonus after completing your first full week of 40 hours
$300 attendance bonus after 90 days
