Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Join a specialized Spine & Pain Management team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a dynamic outpatient clinic environment. Utilize the nursing process to provide patient-centered care, including assessments, pain evaluations, and medical history documentation. Support providers during spine and pain procedures, administer medications and injections, and assist with IV therapy. Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and coordinate follow-up care, referrals, and patient education. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards to promote a safe and efficient clinic environment.
