Open the Studio Like a Pro – Clean, organized, ready to wow members.
Lead the Sales Charge – Coach the team, boost performance, and hit targets.
Problem-Solve Fast – Keep operations smooth and customers happy.
Onboard New Hires – Set them up for success from day one.
Step Up When Needed – Run the show when the Studio Manager is off-site.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales or a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.).
Prior team leadership experience preferred.
Organized, adaptable, and ready for a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
