What You’ll Do

• Tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Follow up with leads and support marketing efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Process applications and leases accurately.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming community.
• Meet leasing and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
