Business Development Manager

Senior Sales / Business Development Manager – IT Services Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + performance-based commission, equity participation, with an incentive structure designed to provide above-industry-average earning potential. Role Summary Vriba is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to drive new business across our IT services and digital transformation portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, with the ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers, create qualified opportunities, and close profitable engagements. Key Responsibilities Develop new enterprise accounts and build a strong sales pipeline. Sell Vriba capabilities across AI / Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud and Application Modernization, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, IT Consulting, and Staffing. Focus on strategic industry verticals including Travel & Aviation, Retail, and Healthcare. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closure. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders, and procurement teams. Work with solution and delivery teams to develop customer-specific proposals. Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account plans. Experience & Qualifications 7–15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology sales. Proven track record of generating and closing enterprise business. Strong understanding of T&M, Fixed-Bid, Managed Services, and Staffing models. Experience selling AI, Data, Cloud, Application, or Digital Transformation services preferred. Experience and relationships within Travel & Aviation, Retail, and/or Healthcare are highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-management skills. Success in the Role Success will be measured by the ability to open new accounts, build a qualified pipeline, close profitable business, and develop long-term enterprise relationships for Vriba across its target verticals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
