Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Materials Associates for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll support production by ensuring the correct electronic components are available for assembly and maintaining accurate inventory records. What You'll Do as a Materials Associate:

• Pull electronic components to accurately complete production kits
• Disassemble and return kits received from the production floor
• Assist with stock and inventory inquiries
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Learn and utilize unique part numbering systems and component families
• Maintain organization and accuracy while handling electronic components
• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors and managers

What You Need to Bring to the Materials Associate Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• General knowledge of electronic components preferred
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to cross-train in different departments and positions
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to learn company-specific inventory and part-numbering systems
• IPC-A-610 training preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to meet all physical requirements of the position
