Epic Systems Analyst

Immediate and Fully Remote contract opening for an Epic PB Systems Analyst to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role will focus on Epic Professional Billing (PB) support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and day-to-day application support within a hospital setting.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Epic Systems Analyst experience
• Active Epic PB Certification required
• Strong hospital/healthcare environment experience
• Experience supporting Epic PB workflows, troubleshooting tickets/issues, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Revenue Cycle or Professional Billing workflows
• Exposure to Windows support, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and enterprise support tools
