Primary Care Physician [Spanish Required]

Role Primary Care Physician with Spanish proficiency, providing equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a neighborhood primary care setting. Operates within a collaborative care team, focusing on delivering high-quality, preventive care rather than volume of services. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and oversee primary care for patients Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway systems Collaborate with regional and center leadership to meet health quality goals Manage care teams in coordination with Practice Managers Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration US work authorization and bilingual in Spanish Preferred: Geriatrics fellowship, experience with geriatric populations, value-based care, outpatient primary care, and collaborative practice experience Additional Details Full-time role with a competitive salary range, comprehensive benefits including health plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, paid time off, and flexibility options.
