Quality Control Specialist

Location: Livermore, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.50 - $28.50 per hour

Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist with harness assembly experience to inspect and test electronic assemblies, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test cable and harness assemblies.

• Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues.

• Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and BOM requirements.

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).

• Conduct Out-of-Box Audits (OBA) as needed.

• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.

• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Required: Harness assembly and inspection experience.

• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Experience using hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $26.50 to $28.50 per hour
