Member Support Advisor

AO Globe Life is seeking experienced, people-focused professionals to join our remote team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in management, client service, operations, or consulting who want to apply their leadership mindset in a flexible, fully remote environment.
In this role, you will assist individuals and families across the United States in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and peace of mind. You will connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through available options while delivering a high level of client service. Our organization provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and leadership development.Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
- Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Listening carefully to client needs and helping identify appropriate benefit options
- Explaining available coverage and guiding clients through the enrollment process
- Maintaining organized digital records of client interactions and documentation
- Providing follow-up support to ensure a positive client experience
- Participating in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support team success

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
