Stroke Program Leader — Care, Quality & Education

Advocate Health Care

Advocate Health Care located in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to develop and implement disease management protocols related to stroke care. This role involves coordinating care, educating patients and healthcare staff, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate must have a nursing degree, RN license, and experience in ICU or Neurologic nursing. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to motivate others are crucial.
