Home Health Occupational Therapist
UnitedHealth Group
UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and address patients' functional status and daily living activities, with emphasis on home assessments and adaptive equipment. You will work within a care team to develop and implement therapy plans in accordance with CMS guidelines.
The role requires licensure in the practice state, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.
