SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Location: 64 Memorial Drive, Pocatello, ID 83402. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; days and hours may vary. Weekends required. More details upon interview. Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage goal setting and advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
