Job Summary And Qualifications The ED Paramedic provides high quality, patient-centered care within a defined scope of practice, according to certifications, state and local regulations, and facility policy. As a vital member of the healthcare team, the ED Paramedic gathers pertinent patient data, monitors vital signs, administers specified treatments and medications within the scope of practice, and ensures patient and personal safety in a hazard-free environment.
