Surgical Tech - Certified Surg Tech

Position: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 09:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Broad surgical knowledge and experience in service lines including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma.
Description: The position is for a surgical technologist in the operating room. Scrub colors will be provided by the facility. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:1. Documentation will be done using a specified electronic system. Scheduling will involve a variable schedule with on-call requirements. There may be a need to float to other departments as necessary. Advanced skills are required for various procedures performed on the unit. Dress code requires scrubs provided by the facility. Unit guidelines and policies will be available for review. No additional incentives are specified. This is a contractor replacement position.
