Senior Project Manager

Ohio University is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing the design and construction of multiple complex facilities projects, ensuring they adhere to scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with various university departments to deliver quality infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities Manage design and construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and close-out. Coordinate with university departments and external contractors for project development and execution. Provide leadership and oversight for multiple simultaneous projects of varying sizes. Prepare project status reports, contract documents, and review work of contractors and consultants. Lead consultant and contractor selection and contribute to updating university design and construction standards. Ensure quality through site visits, inspections, and effective communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of related professional experience. Preferred candidate has OFCC-related job experience. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $68,299 to $117,127, commensurate with education and experience.
