- Inspect bridal and evening gowns to make sure the highest quality standards
- Review measurements, fit, and overall construction accuracy
- Work closely with production and design teams to maintain consistency
- Assist with steaming, handling, and preparing gowns to ship
- Support quality control processes across all stages of production
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and measurements
- Experience in luxury bridal or eveningwear is a plus
- Comfortable lifting and handling wedding gowns and inspecting on mannequins
- Must work well in a team setting, and being comfortable providing feedback to dressmakers
