The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivelant combined education/experienceMust be a U.S. citizen and have ability to obtain a Secret clearance1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications; familiarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)Experience creating or maintaining work instructions, SOPs, or quality documentationDesired SkillsWorking knowledge of AS9100Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAIs)Exposure to quality management software (e.g., QMS, ERP) is beneficialCertifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green BeltHands‑on experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis toolsExperience using SAP & AprisoKnowledge of aerospace or defense manufacturing standards (e.g., AS9100, MIL‑STD‑810)Experience using digital inspection equipmentFamiliarity with corrective‑action systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
