Description $5K Sign On Bonus The position will be focusing on the inpatient acute care transplant population and will be part of the transplant team. A Brief Overview The Clinical Dietitian will display effective nutrition care, apply critical thinking skills and provide effective communication and education skills in daily practice. What You Will Do Delivering Effective Nutrition Care Critical Thinking & Decision Making Communication & Education Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
