Oversee and manage patent preparation and prosecution. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions. Work with a diverse client base focusing on electrical engineering and software‑related technologies. Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Experience with graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry. Admission to the USPTO is required. JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice for associate candidates. Education Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics. Certifications USPTO admission.
