Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We provide 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings using evidence-based, compassionate care.

This is anentry-level position, and we provide full trainingbut this isnot an easy job. It is emotionally and physically demanding, requires consistency, and is best suited for individuals who are resilient, motivated, and eager to grow in a clinical environment.

What the Role Involves

• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Remaining calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings

What This Role Is Not

• Babysitting
• A play-only job
• A low-responsibility position
• A good fit for someone seeking minimal emotional or professional demands
