About the Role:
As an Account Representative, you play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most. You'll build strong relationships, provide trusted guidance, and help our community prepare for the unexpected. This is a great fit for someone who is personable, proactive, and motivated to grow a long-term career in insurance and financial services.
What You'll Do:
- Educate customers on insurance products and services
- Assist with policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
- Support agency growth through meaningful customer interactions
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
- Currently licensed candidates preferred, insurance licensing will be required
