Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional needs of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the distinct goals and needs of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy as appropriate.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and goals.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely assistance in challenging situations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest trends and advancements in mental health treatment.
• Participate in regular supervision, training, and peer reviews to refine and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications
