CNC Machinist Menomonie and Hudson

What you’ll do:

• Set up and run CNC lathes and some manual machines
• Program parts using Mastercam (2D & 3D), at the machine or offline
• Read blueprints and plan setups, tooling, and operations
• Run complex jobs with minimal supervision
• Check parts with micrometers, calipers, etc. to hold tight tolerances
• Troubleshoot issues and improve cycle times
• Support both prototype and production work
• Keep work area clean and document setups for repeat jobs

What we’re looking for:

• Strong CNC lathe setup and operation experience
• Solid programming skills (Mastercam required)
• Able to read prints and hold tight tolerances
• Experience with complex parts and setups
• Good problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Surfcam or other CAM software
• SolidWorks or CAD experience
• Mix of prototype + production background

This is a Permanent position based out of Baldwin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $68640.00/yr.
