We are currently seeking experienced Subaru Service Technicians to join our state-of-the-art service facility in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Our technicians work with the latest automotive technology while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru and other vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who can work effectively with fellow technicians, service advisors, parts personnel, and management while maintaining a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and repair services efficiently and accurately
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors and management
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and vehicle performance
• Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical systems
• Prior dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
• Subaru certification preferred
• ASE Certification is a plus
• Factory training preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and safely operate shop equipment and tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
