Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance. • 1 month gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance and no current placement allowed at Program: Health Trust Program - Franciscan Alliance.
