We are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand goals, focusing on video and static content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Video Editing & Graphic Design: Utilize tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to produce visually appealing video and graphic content that stands out in the crowded social media space.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media accounts, ensuring they surpass the 10,000 followers mark through engaging, trend-driven content.
• Engagement & Growth: Implement strategies to enhance follower interaction and brand visibility, leveraging your understanding of social media algorithms to our advantage.
• Content Analysis: Regularly analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a marketing company or as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, graphic design, and social media content creation.
• Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite), graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop), and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Social Media Savvy: Experience managing and growing social media accounts with significant followings; personal social accounts with a large following are a plus.
• Creativity: Exceptional ability to create engaging memes and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.
