Job Title: Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist / Fluoroscopy Tech

Location: Portland, OR

Position Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour

Shift & Schedule:

• Day Shift

• Monday–Friday

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 4 × 10-hour shifts

• 40 hours per week

• No weekends

• No on-call

• No floating

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist / Fluoroscopy Tech to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in an EP Lab. The ideal candidate will have EP Lab experience and strong knowledge of fluoroscopy equipment and radiation safety. Scrub experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate fluoroscopy (C-Arm) equipment during electrophysiology procedures.

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining radiation safety standards.

• Collaborate with electrophysiologists, nurses, and the procedural team.

• Monitor imaging quality and equipment functionality throughout procedures.

• Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

• Accurately document procedures in the electronic medical record.

• Assist with additional EP Lab duties as needed.

Requirements:

• EP Lab experience required

• Experience operating Fluoroscopy (C-Arm) equipment

• Current Radiologic Technologist certification/licensure as required by the facility

• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and fluoroscopic imaging

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous scrub experience in the EP Lab

• Epic EMR experience

• Acute care hospital experience
