As an Assistant Manager at Discount Tire, you’ll help lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll support the Store Manager in supervising and coaching team members, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining a strong focus on safety. Responsibilities include assisting with staffing and scheduling, overseeing tire sales and installation, managing inventory and cash handling, and reinforcing company policies and procedures. You’ll model our people-first culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork while developing your skills for future advancement into store and corporate leadership roles.
