As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are met. This role plays a vital part in achieving our business goals and maintaining our reputation as a premier dining destination.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and train restaurant staff to provide excellent service and maintain high standards
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and performance expectations
• Analyze sales and financial data to make informed decisions for business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of restaurant management and operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
