General LaborerJob Summary

• Handle shipping and receiving of steel products
• Palletize, move, and load materials for delivery
• Support warehouse operations in a physically active role

Responsibilities

• Palletize steel products for shipment
• Load trucks with materials for delivery
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move product
• Verify shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with general warehouse and material handling tasks
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Forklift operation experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Ability to operate pallet jacks
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Comfortable working with steel products
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with load building and palletizing
• General labor or warehouse experience
• Experience handling metal products

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
