Senior Consultant, Accounting and Finance Advisory Services

Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Advisory Services practice within the CFO Advisory team. The team works with CFOs, Controllers and Finance Directors to improve financial reporting processes and support business performance across a range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, energy, real estate, hospitality, retail and private equity. Responsibilities Actively participate in projects focused on Finance Performance Improvement, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management. Work collaboratively within the team and with managers and partners on client and engagement management. Strengthen existing client relationships by delivering outstanding client service. Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors, lenders and other sophisticated parties to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service. Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events, both internally and externally. Assist with recruiting activities, including campus recruiting and referral program participation. Demonstrate excellent teamwork, a positive attitude and high ethical standards. Qualifications More than 2 years of experience at a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory service lines. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field. CPA certification preferred. Proficiency with accounting and finance concepts and tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar is a plus. Experience with Middle Market financial applications such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct, etc. Strong motivation, initiative and a positive attitude. Excellent organizational, mult-tasking and prioritization skills. Advanced modeling and Excel skills, with experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis. Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team‑oriented, with the ability to thrive in collaborative settings. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time and work in a hybrid environment.
