Locations San Jose, California, US (Salary Range: $75k—$300k USD) Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and manage partner factories, conduct on‑site inspections, recommend process improvement, and prepare detailed audit reports. Supervise manufacturing activities, including verifying production process verification, ensuring compliance with local factory construction standards, and supporting compliance with policies and procurement initiatives. Plan and oversee logistics operations for manufacturing, optimizing transportation, inventory, tariffs, and production flow to ensure efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Establish quality objectives for the manufacturing system, establish key control features, identify critical requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve production processes and ensure high quality output. Qualifications Over 8 years of production management experience in complete vehicle manufacturing for a major automotive OEM. Proven expertise in managing SKD projects, with comprehensive knowledge of the declaration process and experience in handling declarations for general assembly factories and overseeing SKD production qualification assembly. Strong communication and coordination skills. Prior work experience with a major automotive OEM. We appreciate your interest in joining Tensor.
