Branch Operations Manager

At PointBank, we’re looking for Branch Operations Managers who can energize a team, create exceptional customer experiences, and help drive branch success. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team through training, scheduling, and development. Drive branch growth through sales, referrals, and relationship-building opportunities. Oversee teller operations and new account activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Manage branch cash levels, vault operations, audits, and daily balancing procedures. Educate customers on fraud prevention and provide solutions that make banking easier. Ensure the branch is organized, well-stocked, and always ready to deliver outstanding service. Support community involvement initiatives and represent PointBank with pride. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen team performance.
