Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Director for Human Resources Business Partner & Organizational Effectiveness. This senior leader will shape strategic priorities and workforce effectiveness while acting as an advisor to senior executives. Responsibilities include leading HR transformation, driving alignment between business needs and HR capabilities, and leveraging data and AI solutions.
